Pumpkin soup

> With Balsamic Vinegar

1 kg pumpkin, peeled and diced
60 g butter
2 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 leek, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
½ tsp nutmeg, grated
1lt vegetable stock
200ml heavy cream
FINO Balsamic Cream
salt and pepper

ΠροετοιμασίαPreparation
> In a pan, heat the butter and sauté the potato, pumpkin, onion, leek, and nutmeg for 4 to 5 minutes. Pour the vegetable broth, salt, and pepper into the pan and simmer for another 30 to 40 minutes. Remove the pan and puree the soup with a blender. Pass the soup through a strainer and pour it back into the pan. At the end, add the cream for 4 to 5 minutes and serve garnished with FINO Balsamic Cream.
