Marinated cherry tomatoes

10-12 cherry tomatoes
2-3 tbsp olive oil
2-3 tbsp balsamic vinegar FINO of your choice
salt - pepper
dried thyme for garnish

> Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Put the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the cherry tomatoes. Stir every 2-3 minutes and once they are ready and the skin has wilted and they have become as dark as we like, add the FINE balsamic vinegar. Leave them in the pan for 1-2 minutes, salt and serve with a little dried thyme!
