Υλικά:Ingridients:2 salmon fillets 250g
50g of a light mustard
2 lemons, juiced
2 tbsp
FINO White Balsamic Vinegar
80ml olive oil
salt and pepper
> Pour the salmon pieces into the marinade and mix them well, leave them in the refrigerator for an hour. The acidic ingredients of the marinade will penetrate the salmon pieces, reducing its classic oily feel.
